ELZAY Ready Wear Manufacturing Company has steadily grown its capital to $15.8 million over the years. In response to increasing demand, ELZAY is finalizing a capital increase to $42.3 million to support its ambitious growth plans. The company's state-of-the-art garment manufacturing equipment, machinery, and systems are housed in a 21,000 sqm (227,500 sqft) plant, located 25 km from the capital city of Amman.

ELZAY also manages the Army Garment Workshops in Abu Alanda, owns a satellite factory in Shobak, and operates the rented Jordan Worsted Mills factory adjacent to its main facility in Russeifa. Additionally, the company has Established a new factory in Karak to enhance its production capabilities, meet client demands, and expand its regional presence.
